Fragrant sautéed chicken is phenomenal. What else can I say? I'll be back one day to have it again.

An amazing experience. Every single dish was 5 stars. Very friendly and prompt service. We will be back here in the future.

Yummy dining experience. The owner was very nice and helped us decide what to order -- and all of our favorites were the ones he recommended! Honestly, everything was tasty -- the eggplant and house noodles being my personal favorite.

Fang, owned by Chef Peter Fang (who also runs the famous House of Nanking in Chinatown), left a good impression on my first visit with colleagues when we tried the Chef's choice. It was so good that I decided to come back with my wife. On our return visit, we ordered the Crispy Chili Chicken, Vegetable Chow Mein, and Veggie Wontons with Eggplant. The Crispy Chili Chicken was really tasty, with soft and juicy chicken, and the potatoes in the chili gravy added a nice touch. The Vegetable Chow Mein was good too, especially when paired with the chili chicken. The Veggie Wontons, however, were a bit disappointing; they were packed with peas and felt a bit bland. But the eggplant and the gravy helped make up for the wontons.

Truly delicious food. I came here with a large group and they handled that with no issue. The space is nice and the service was great. Multiple times throughout our meal the staff dragged a plastic bin full of dirty dishes along the floor with a rope to the back of the restaurant. Can the owner invest in a cart for them? It was a really bizarre looking and surprisingly noisy process. It seemed unsanitary although the dishes are already dirty and clearly headed to the dishwashing station.

Super reliable - always amazing. This time, we had Fang's Crispy Honey Chili Shortribs with Bok Choy, Sichuan Chili Oil Shallot Pork Wontons, Scallion Oil Tossed Noodles, and Curry Fried Rice. Perfect for our party of three. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation. They get slammed the minute they open.

The windows and doors were all boarded up so I thought they were closed but they weren't. The pan fried wontons were delicious. I enjoyed them so much, I ordered another serving for to-go. I really liked the sauce they used for the wontons. The house fried rice was as delicious as the previous time I had them when I was visiting. It's fun to see them prepare it table-side each time. The wait staff could be more attentive but we still got what we needed.

So many delicious food options and lots of seating space! We decided to come to Fang on a Saturday for lunch and basically had the restaurant to ourselves. There was plenty of seating options and the food was prepared very quickly. For two people I recommend two appetizers and a main if you're not too hungry. The highlight for me was the pork belly buns (featured on food network and what they're known for) were amazing! The bun was so perfectly fluffy paired with the crispy pork belly in between. The mustard sauce was also something I had never had before but it surprisingly paired well with the meat and bao bun. I was less of a fan of the pot stickers - the sauce was very mustardy and the filling in the pot sticker was rather bland. The chow mein was great with lots of vegetables and the sauce the noodles are tossed in is great! Overall the service was great and the staff was friendly/speedy with our orders!
